PURPOSE:To form a laminated sheet where a foam is not generated and insulation resistance and heat resistance of a board are favorable, by a method wherein a spacer is put around a structure comprised of a prepreg and the same is heated and pressurized by piling cushioning materials upon the top and bottom of the same. CONSTITUTION:A treated matter obtained by sticking resin such as methylol melamine to a board such as craft paper is impregnated with thermosetting resin for low-pressure molding, a mold release film is put over a laminated sheet, a structure is put between a top and bottom panel boards 3 between heating and pressurizing presses and a spacer 2 is put around its structure 1. A cushioning material 4 is piled upon the top and bottom or either side of the spacer 2 and the same is heated and pressurized further by making a thickness of the same into a finished one. Since the cushioning material is piled upon the spacer for heating and pressurization, a bubble is not generated and mold finish up to an end part of the sheet is favorable. |
