PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method having penetration and strength which can withstand its use and satisfactory corrosion resistance by improving the weldability of a high chrome austenitic stainless steel pipe containing low sulfur. SOLUTION: This welding method by which the penetration, the strength and the corrosion resistance which can withstand its use, can be obtained by using the mixed gas of argon gas, gaseous hydrogen and carbon dioxide gas as a shielding gas in bore welding which welds the thick high chrome austenitic stainless steel pipes containing low sulfur or which welds directly the pipe and a tube sheet. |
