<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing instrument or an input pen enabling to write characters while operating a keyboard of a computer. <P>SOLUTION: A member (1) attached to a finger is provided with a guide portion (2), a slide portion (3) and a writing instrument (4).
