PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam sterilizing apparatus capable of contracting an institution spece and capable of efficiently performing sterilization. SOLUTION: A feed part 11 for an object to be sterilized is constituted of an upstream comveyor 17, wherein a plurality of upstream endless wires 16 are trained over an intermediate plley 13 and an upstream pulley 14 so as to carry the object 8 to be sterilized, and a downstream conveyor 19, wherein a plurality of downstream endless wires 18 are trained over the intermediate pulley 13 and a downstream pulley 15 in adjacent relation to the upstream endless wires so as to carry the object 8, and an electron beam irradiation part 12 capable of emitting electron beam toward the before and behind range of the intermediate pulley 13 is provided above the feed part 11 and the electron beam emitted from the electron beam irradiation part 12 to be ready to reach the undersurface of the object 8 is allowed to be incident on the whole undersurface of the object 8 fed by the feed part 11. |
