PURPOSE:To prevent the gate clogging and charge failing which are generated in shaping multicolored shoe sole by drilling a plurality of tapered gate parts for the communication between a runner inner surface and a molded surface in inclination forwardly for the axial direction of the runner. CONSTITUTION:A runner 3b is drilled into a tapered form toward the tiptoe part for the heel side of a shoe sole molding member 1' having a molded surface 2 given a shoe sole design on the upper surface. In this case, a straight hole 7 is drilled from the gate setting position of the surface 2, inclined forwardly at an angle theta to the axis of the runner 3b to the direction towards the undersurface U of the shoe sole molding member 1'. Then, an elliptical conical-shaped drilled part 4b is drilled towards the surface 2 from the undersurface U of the shoe bottom mold 1', through the runner 3b. Accordingly, the top edge part of a drilled hole part 4b serves as gate part 5b, and the cavity between the undersurface U and the runner 3b serves as a gate part drilled hole part 6b'. Accordingly, the generation of gate clogging is prevented, and the charge failing is prevented, and the working efficiency is improved. |
