MIX FOR COATING OF QUALITY BEAN-JAM BUN AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND QUALITY BEAN-JAM BUN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a quality bean-jam bun through a simple process. SOLUTION: This quality bean-jam bun is obtained by using a mix for the coating thereof which is characterized by being prepared by mixing an appropriate amount of subsidiary material(s) with the main material i.e. rice flour having an average particle diameter of 50-100 μm and comprising >=50 wt.% of particles each having a diameter of >=60 μm and >=50 wt.% of damaged starch.
