PURPOSE:To facilitate the storing work of a heat insulator and the evacuating work in a heat insulating wall by inserting a heat insulating mat of inorganic fiber impregnated with an organic binder, compressed and hardened in a heat insulating space, and heating the heat insulating wall under the existence of an air up to the decomposition temperature of the organic binder to gasify it so as to vacuum-exhaust the heat insulating space. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating mat 2A composed of inorganic fiber impregnated with an organic binder and compressed and hardened to the thickness nearly equal to the heat insulating space of the heat insulating wall by compressing with a pressure equal to an atomospheric pressure in relation to a vacuum is inserted in the heat insulating space. Then, the heat insulating wall 1 is heated, so as to be gasified, under the existence of air up to the decomposition temperature of the organic binder and after sucking and exhausting the gas, the heat insulating space is vacuum exhausted. Here, the heat insulating wall 1 is heated, so as to be gasified, until the decomposition temperature of the organic binder while supplying oxygen in the heat insulating wall 1 positively and after sucking and exhausting gas, the heat insulating space is vacuum exhausted. Hereby, the insertion to the heat insulating space becomes extremely easy as if a plate shape body is inserted. |
