PURPOSE:To achieve a smaller size and a lower price of a coffee extractor by making one heat generation body share a heating body for generating a hot water to extract coffee and a heat generation body for generating hot air to roast coffee beans. CONSTITUTION:A milling section 15 and a milling cutter 16 are provided to crush coffee beans, a coffee basket 8 to hold a coffee powder, a heating body 7 to heat water in a water supply tank 2 and a water lift pipe 9 to supply a hot water heated to the coffee basket 8. Then, a coffee server 19 is provided to receive a coffee liquid dripped from the basket 8 being extracted by the hot water supplied and a heating body 7 is provided with an air guide body 11 which guides air from an air blow 10 to the heating body 7 to heat raw coffee beans to a roastable temperature by conduction heat from the heating body 7. |
