PURPOSE:To provide the subject human antibody low in antibody nature to humans, inhibiting information transmission by IL-6, thus useful for e.g. treating diseases due to IL-6, composed of each specific complementarity determining region, L-chain variable region and human L-chain constant region. CONSTITUTION:The objective human antibody's L-chain, composed of (A) complementarity determining region(CDR), (B) L-chain variable region(V-region) containing framework region(FR) and (C) human L-chain constant region(C- region), respectively consisting of amino acid sequences (or part thereof) of respective formulas I, II and III. |
