The device for coating a panel unit of a cathode-ray tube comprises: a body having a holding unit in which the panel unit is fixed and an opening unit formed to insert/discharge fluorescent liquid into/from the panel unit in the holding unit, the holding unit having a sensor for sensing the fixing state of the panel and a gasket member for not leaking the fluorescent liquid; a closing member for opening/closing a drain unit formed at one side of the body; a clamping member for fixing and separating the panel unit in/from the holding unit; and a driving unit for rotating the body.
