<p>PURPOSE: To make the reversal of a paper sheet high-speed and to facilitate the correspondence to the various sizes of paper sheets. CONSTITUTION: A stopper 1 which is made to ascend and descend in a reversal path 13 through a pinion 6 and a rack 1a by the rotation of an operation dial 7 is provided, and the stopping position of the stopper 1 is set up so that the distances from a nip to the stopper 1 of a driving roller 2 rotating counterclockwise and of the first and the second driven rollers 3, 4 rotating accompaniedly with the roller 2 may be shorter than the length in a carrying direction of a passing paper sheet, and a projection 1b covers a photosensor 8 at the above position to make the detection of the stopper position possible. The paper sheet entering from a carrying in path 12 into a reversal path 13 abuts against the stopper 1 and bends along a guide part 13a, and its rear end is led to the nip with the second roller 4 by the driving roller 2 and sent out into a carrying out path 14.</p> |
