<p>PURPOSE: To wash away a coating material remaining in a separated part when insulating separation of a high pressure side and a grounded part side is performed to prevent the deterioration of sealability of the separated part due to the remaining coating material and also to perform washing with a small quantity of washing liquid in a short time. CONSTITUTION: An insulating separation valve 50 that can cut a coating material feed path is constituted of an upper valve 60 and a lower valve 80. The upper valve 60 and the lower valve 80 are installed so that coating material through- holes 22, 23 can communicate with each other and that valve seats thereof 61, 81 can be joined and separated to almost the vertical direction in an almost horizontal joining plane 40. A washing means for washing a coating material remaining part formed between the upper and the lower valves 60, 80 with the upper and the lower valves 60, 80 being joined and the coating material through-holes being closed is provided.</p> |
