PURPOSE: To simplify work of replacing a polishing tape by holding it to a polishing device by a cartridge, in the polishing device of polishing a workpiece by the polishing tape. CONSTITUTION: A cartridge storage chamber 74 is formed respectively in a point end part of a pair of clamp arms 38, to store each cartridge 70 respectively opposed to each other in each cartridge storage chamber 74. Each cartridge 70 is held by winding a polishing tape T to a tape supply reel 92 and to a tape winding reel 94, also to provide a shoe 95 of pressing the polishing tape T to a workpiece 10. |
