摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To reduce the number of a sensor so as to regenerate a filter by using rotating speed of a diesel engine which is calculated using a detecting intake air rate on either one of calculation of an exhaust particulate collecting rate and regeneration of the filter. CONSTITUTION: A pressure difference which rear pressure detected by a pressure sensor 4b subtract from before pressure is found out while finding out an intake air rate detected by flow rate, pressure, and exhaust temperature sensors 11, 4a, 20 and the volume flow rate of exhaust gas from before pressure and an exhaust temperature. Engine rotating speed is calculated from the intake air rate. When it is judged that calculated engine rotating speed is a prescribed value or more, the collecting rate of exhaust particulate is calculated from found out pressure difference and the exhaust gas volume flow rate. If it is not on regeneration, it is judged whether the calculated collecting rate exceeds a prescribed value or not. Until the collecting rate exceeds the prescribed rate, it is judged as NO. When rotating speed is lower than the prescribed value and a collecting rate is not calculated, it is judged as NO. When the collecting rate exceeds the prescribed rate, regeneration of a collecting filter is started.</p>
