<p>The invention relates to a coupling piece for positioning first and second substantially parallel directed rod-like elements (4,6), which coupling piece is particularly suitable for coupling a handlebar (6) to the top part of a front fork of a cycle (14), wherein the coupling piece is distinguished in that the coupling piece comprises a body (1) with coupling parts and one clamping mechanism (7,9,10), wherein the coupling parts are formed by straps (2).
