PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize high-level diagnosis and medical treatment even in an extraprofessional field. SOLUTION: This automatic diagnostic system which diagnoses the disease of a patient by using a computer has a data storage part 31 stored with a symptom-disease database wherein symptoms 321 that the patient has and possible diseases 322 based upon the symptoms 321 are stored corresponding to each other and a clinical examination database stored with clinical examination items 331 which are made to correspond to the diseases 322 of the symptom- disease database and related to the diseases 322; and symptoms 321 provided by a user are read out of the symptom-disease database and according to the disease 322 made to correspond to the read-out symptoms 321, clinical examination items 313 relating to the disease 322 are read out to display the diagnosis result of a diagnosing means.
