PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin type artificial blood vessel with a stent retainable in vivo which enables use for ampletely percutaneous intravascular operation by eliminating the blocking of the bloodstream caused by kinking and constriction at a bent part such as bowed part, curved part and meandering part to make it adaptive to the shape of a blood vessel of a human body with a higher strength to stretching and bending and prevents the stent from directly contacting a living being. SOLUTION: This artificial blood vessel 11 with a stent has tubes 12 and 13 with a wall thickness of 20-100 μm produced from plain fabrics of polyester resin fibers on the internal surface and the external surface of the stent which is constituted of an elastic wire having a support framework comprising a zigzag shaped wire with a top part and a valley part. In this case, the tubes 12 and 13 are partially bonded with a polyester resin between the internal surface and the external surface thereof. |
