摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the accurate readout of recorded information and the prolongment of a storage life of the recorded information by making a recording film of a Fe-Zr-H thin film where information is recorded on a substrate and forming an adhesive film on the recording film. SOLUTION: Fe-Zr is vapor-deposited in on about 200 to 500 &angst;thickness on a substrate 10 by a sputtering method. The Fe-Zr-H thin film is preferable to have the compsn. range where (Fe100-x Zrx )100-y Hy satisfies 50<=x<=93 and 10<=y<=15. Then in order to inject hydrogen into the Fe-Zr thin film, the film is dipped as a cathode in a 0.5 mol H2 S soln. and an electric current of 500 to 900 mA/cm<2> current density is applied to a graphite anode to inject hydrogen atoms. The reflectance of the recording film 12 after the injection of the hydrogen lowers than the reflectance before the injection of the hydrogen and the film is in an initialized state of a non-information state. Then, the Fe-Zr-H recording film 12 injected with the hydrogen is irradiated with pulse laser beams to instantly heat the multilayered film of the disk to record the information.
