PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute loads in the case that loads are concentrated on a specific node by connecting via a signal network a home node and a local node that manage a personal identification number and address information of the local node belonging to each user in across reference. SOLUTION: A home node 1 and local nodes 2-1, 2-2 are connected through a signal network 3 to facilitate data transfer. The home node 1 is provided with a user home address management table 4 that records user personal IDs and logical addresses of the local nodes 2-1, 2-2 being homes of users and with a data access control section 5 to manage only a local node logic address, corresponding to a personal ID and transmission/reception of at a to/from the local nodes. The local nodes 2-1, 2-2 conduct management in are units which are divisions of the service area, whereas a local node connected to the user conducts service execution control. |
