PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepaid card system while using a prepaid card which is capable of being used only in a specified store for a specified term by a specified user and to provide a card use control method. SOLUTION: When the user inserts a member card, in which a password has been recorded into a card transfer machine 15 and inputs the password, it is recognized that an inputted password matches with the password recorded in the member card, and discharges a premium card. When the user inserts the member card and the premium card into the card transfer machine 15, the card transfer machine 15 responds to the insertion of the cards and records date information and a store code in the premium card. When the user inserts the premium card, where date information and the store code are recorded is inserted into the reader, the reader identifies the inserted card and the premium card, recognizes that the date information of the card matches with the present date, and the store code matches with the store code stored in the storage part 28, and permits the user of the premium card. |
