POLISHER CORRECTION TOOL AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polisher correction tool to reduce falling of grains which causes an accident in polishing and free to maintain stable working performance. SOLUTION: A polisher connection tool having an abrasive grain layer 13 arranging head end height of super-abrasive grains in order and uniformly dispersing the super-abrasive grains flatly is provided by forming a backing layer 11 on a base metal 10, uniformly arranging a granulated material 12 covering and granulating bond powder on an outer periphery of the super- abrasive grains on this backing layer 11 and sintering the backing layer 11 and the granulated material 12 in a state where the head end height of the super-abrasive grains is arranged in order by pressing them from an upper surface of the arranged granulated material 12.
