PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a calculation load for obtaining an evaluation value in selecting a candidate with the maximum evaluation out of plural candidates in which the evaluation value of each candidate can be reduced in the selection of candidates. SOLUTION: A candidate and has known evaluation value are stored in an evaluation value storage part 1, a candidate with the maximum evaluation value and a candidate with the second evaluation value are acquired by a candidate acquisition part 2, and the evaluation value of the candidate with the maximum evaluation value is recalculated by an evaluation value calculation part 3. When a judgement of the result of the reevaluation value calculated by the evaluation value calculation part and the known evaluation value of the candidate with the second largest, and the reevaluation value are large than the known evaluation value of the candidate with the second largest, the candidate with the maximum, and when the reevaluation value is smaller than known evaluation value of the candidate with the second largest, update of the evaluation value of the candidate with the maximum is performed by a candidate selection/evaluation value update part 4. |
