PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a signal at a timing is asynchronous with the time when it is inputted with a simple configuration by using a 2nd timing signal, performing burst transfer of an image signal in buffer memory and reading a stored image signal. SOLUTION: An image signal stored in buffer memory 119 is read by a bus arbiter 121 and is written to memory 113. The arbiter 121 has a data bus internally, is contracted according to a synchronizing signal from an internal synchronizing signal generation circuit 115, concentrates image signals stored in the memory 119 in a burst shape and transfers them to memory 133. The arbiter 121 concentrates image signals stored in the memory 133 in a burst shape according to synchronizing signal which is generated at a timing that is asynchronous with a synchronizing signal from the circuit 115 and is sent from an external synchronizing signal generation circuit 131, extends an image signal written in buffer memory 123 on time base, converts it into analog signal according to a synchronizing signal from an internal synchronizing signal generation circuit 131 and output it. |
