摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assign a frequency band of an incoming channel flexibly and efficiently in the case of ensuring the incoming service quality in the multi- access communication system where a center station assigns dynamically a frequency band of the incoming channel to a subscriber station. SOLUTION: In the case a subscriber station 30 requests the guarantee of service quality, the station 30 sends a service quality request information 210 to a center station 10. The center station, receiving the information 210, sends an identifier assignment information 310to the subscriber station 30 to assign the identifier. When priority of service is high, the center station 10 sends periodically permitted reservation transmission information 410, 411 tohe subscriber station 30 at an interval of a permitted reservation transmission interval 910 to check the presence of reservation information. Wasteful consumption of the incoming frequency band is suppressed by sending periodically the permitted reservation transmission information even when interval of incoming data generated by the subscriber station is dispersed. Furthermore, the transmission period of the permitted reservation transmission information is adjusted to warrant an upper limit of an incoming delay.
