PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device with which high-quality image formation is performed by normally functioning an air pump by preventing toners residual on the inner walls of the elastic pipe or the like of a mixed gas conveying means from flowing back to the side of the air pump because of vibrations and gravity even when the vibrations or the like is applied to the toners after the stop of the air pump. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a developing means 2 for forming a toner image by developing an electrostatic latent image formed on an image carrier 1, air pump 3 for supplying a gas for floating toners T to be supplied to the developing means 2 while circulating the gas, mixed gas conveying means 4 for circulating the mixed gas of toners T and gas and forming a circulating route for circulating the gas while being connected to an inhale port 3a and an exhale port 3b of the air pump 3, and check member 5 provided on inner walls 4a on the side of the mixed air conveying means 4 connected to the exhale port 3b so as to prevent the back flow of toners T. |
