摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance ground strength to permit fast operation, and to reduce the cost by charging a glass material between a hole of a base member and signal terminals and thus obtaining desired characteristic impedance. SOLUTION: The base member 30 has holes 30C and 30D penetrating the member from the 1st surface 30A to the 2nd surface 30B. The signal terminal 28 is stood in the hole 30C of the base member 30 with the glass material GP coaxially with the hole 30C. In the hole 30D, on the other hand, a terminal 32 for a bias or slow-speed signal is stood with a glass material GP coaxially with the hole 30D. On the 2nd surface 30B of the base member 30, a couple of group pins 34 are fixed on both the sides of the signal terminal 28. In this case, the glass material GP is charged between the signal terminal 28 and the hole 30C of the base member 30, so predetermined characteristic impedance can be obtained by selecting the design of the shapes of the signal terminals 28 and base member 30 and the quality of the glass material GP.
