PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium which has very small surface waving and high reliability. SOLUTION: This optical information recording medium has a transparent substrate 1, a recording layer 2 formed on the substrate 1, and a protection layer 6 formed above the recording layer 2; and the surface of the protection layer 6 is writable, the mean film thickness of the protection layer 6 is specified below 15 μm, and no writable layer is provided on the protection layer 6, so that the protection 6 can be written directly with a pen or by a printer, etc. |
