PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a shielding effect in a part of connectors attached to a panel board by permitting the metallic frame of the connectors to be brought into direct contact with a metallic panel and to be electrically continued to the metallic panel, by not coating a part where the connectors are brought into pressure contact in the front surface of the metallic panel board. SOLUTION: A flange part 12 formed in the outer end part of an AC input socket 10 is larger than a hole 5 in diameter and pressurized against the front surface of a rear surface panel board 2 by a fixing vis. The rear surface panel board 2 is formed of a conductive metallic plate such as of iron or aluminum, and a coating material 4 is coated on the whole front surface. But, it is not coated to a part where the flange part 12 of the AC input socket 10 is pressurized. Therefore, the rear surface panel board 2 and the AC input socket 10 are provided with a wide contact area in the part to be connected by low impedance. As a result, a high shielding effect is exhibited by the AC input socket 10.
