A container for bulk material such as siding panels has a plurality of upright posts mounted in stanchions along opposite sides of a base. Tubular cells extend lengthwise of the base between the posts. Cross rods are supported by the posts. The cells are suspended from the cross rods by hanger straps. The pos ts are pivoted to the stanchions so that the posts may be collapsed to horizontal positions. The cells when empty are also collapsible.
