PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the cost of a head suspension mounted with a head IC by facilitating the inspection of the head IC. SOLUTION: The head suspension 9 is provided with a 1st connection terminal 21 for electric connection with a head 4, a 2nd connection terminal 22 for connection with an external circuit, 3rd and 4th connection terminals 23 and 24 for electric connection with the head IC 20 for processing the electric signal of the head, a 1st conductive line 28 which connects the 1st connection terminal 21 and 3rd connection terminal 23 together, a 2nd conductive line 26 which connects the 2nd connection terminal 22 and 4th connection terminal 24 together, and a measuring terminal 25 for measuring the head IC 20 between the 2nd connection terminal 22 and 4th connection terminal 24. It is made easy to bring a probe into contact for the inspection of the head IC while the head IC is fitted and the head is not fitted. |
