PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structurally design a flat motor so that a feeder terminal is made more applicable to the flat motor for facilitation of automatic mounting and easier to solder in reflow soldering, by disusing flexible sheet power supply terminals. SOLUTION: A shaft (2) is integrated with part of a housing (H), and a rotor (6) is rotatably mounted on the shaft with the tip of the shaft supported on another part of the housing. The housing consists of a bracket portion (3) made of resin integrated with a first yoke (1) with a magnet (4) placed thereon, and a case (7) as a second yoke arranged in such a position as to form at least a magnetic circuit in order to expose the rotor to the magnetic fields of the magnet with an air gap in between, and the bracket portion is provided with brushes (5A and 5B) so arranged that at least either thereof is insulated from the first yoke.
