PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an exchange for a station house a multifunctional telephone set without analyzing the call control signals of multifunctional telephone sets. SOLUTION: This system is provided with adapters 38 and 39 attached between the multifunctional telephone sets 41 and 42 and ISDN basic speed interfaces 36 and 37, and speech communication channels 34 and 35 between the interfaces 36 and 37 and a digital transmission path 32, converts the voice channel signals and the control channel signals of the telephone sets 41 and 42 into two voice channels on the interfaces 36 and 37 with the adapters 38 and 39 and concentrates and transmits the two voice channels on/to the specified time slot of the transmission path 32 with semi-fixed connection.
