PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take efficient countermeasures against both heat and electromagnetic noise for an electronic component. SOLUTION: This is a heat and electromagnetic noise countermeasure component 1 which conducts the heat radiated by the electronic component 3 and makes a metal part 51 absorbs electromagnetic noise generated by the electronic component 3 and composed of an elastic heat conductive material 11 and an elastic metal sheet 12 which covers the circumference of the heat-conductive material 11. The heat-conductive material 11 presses the metal sheet 12 by the elasticity while interposed between the electronic component 3 and metal part 51 to bring the heat-conductive material 11 and metal sheet 12, electronic component 3 and metal sheet 12, and metal part 51 and metal sheet 12 into a sufficient surface contact with each other.
