PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to miniaturize a device and to increase vendible beverages since a water tank for cooling beverages is enlarged for securing the quantity of vendible beverages. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a heat pump circuit 1, an over cooling heat exchanger 13 and a water tank 19 and by discharging water to the water tank 19 after the water in the water tank 19 is cooled into over cooling state, ice can be stored in the water tank 19. Thus, since thermal capacity capable of being stored in the water tank 19 is remarkably increased, the water tank 19 can be miniaturized.
