SOLUTION: The seal element 13 made of elastomer, which is comprised of a seal body 21 having a rectangular cross section and plural thin pieces 24 protruding from the base body, is adhered to the first inserting connector 11 in material connection state by the above base body 21, and the above base body 21 has dimensions in which the ratio of the height H extending in the axis direction of the base body 21 to the width B extending in the radius direction is less than 15 or equal to 15.
