PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system utilizing call center job, by which flexibility in quick response to various kinds of information to be provided to a user is improved by a scrupulous correspondence and easiness in the comprehension of the user concerning various kinds of provided information can be improved, and to provide a repeater server device capable of preventing the illegal diversion of the IP address of terminal equipment to be utilized by the user in such a system. SOLUTION: When the distributing instruction of a Web page for distribution is received from operator terminal equipment 1, a call center server device 8 inside a call center 2 performs transmitting processing of the distributing instruction to a repeater server device 4. On the basis of the URL of the Web page for distribution, the repeater server device 4, which receives this distributing instruction, acquires the Web page for distribution from an external Web server device 9 and transfers it to user terminal equipment to receive various kinds of guide services from an operator in voice.
