PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device adopting a transfer and fixation simultaneous system in which a toner image on an image carrier is transferred to a recording medium and the toner image is fixed on the recording medium in such transfer, and capable of preventing the fixing intensity of an image from lowering even in the case of preventing a defect such as void on the image caused by the soiling of a roll press-contacting with the image carrier and the recording medium. SOLUTION: A toner image carrier is constituted of at least two layers, that is, a base material layer and an elastic layer, and the roll coming into contact with the surface of a toner image carrier on which the toner image is not carried out of 1st and 2nd rolls is equipped with at least two layers, that is, an elastic layer and a surface layer. Then, the sum of the thickness of the base material layer of the toner image carrier and the thickness of the surface layer of the roll coming into contact with the surface of the toner image carrier on which the toner image is not carried is set to be equal to or under a specified value.
