<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electricity rate calculating system coping with an instantaneous drop, usable for performing money supplementation to a customer, when an instantaneous voltage drop of the customer occurs, caused by lightning accident of a transmission line. <P>SOLUTION: This electricity rate calculating system 10 coping with an instantaneous drop is equipped with a relation analyzing part 23 between the number of times of thunderbolts in a year and the number of times of the lightning accidents for analyzing the relation between the past number of times of thunderbolts of lightning current value exceeding a fixed value in a target area, and the number of times of instantaneous drops of the customer, based on the past number of times of thunderbolts of the lightning current value exceeding the fixed value in the target area and the relation between the past number of times of lightning accidents and the lightning current value in the target transmission line; a probability analyzing part 24 of the number of times of thunderbolts in a year, for analyzing the probability of the number of times of thunderbolts in a year of the lightning current value exceeding the fixed value, based on the past number of times of thunderbolts in a year of the lightning current value exceeding the fixed value in the target area; and an electricity rate discount sum calculation part 25 for calculating the electricity rate discount sum, based on the relation between the past number of times of thunderbolts in a year of the lightning current value exceeding the fixed value and the number of times of instantaneous drops of the customer and on the probability of the number of times of thunderbolts in a year of the lightning current value exceeding the fixed value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
