<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic watermark embedding method and device, and an electronic watermark detection method and device for more exactly detecting watermark information weakened by an attack such as segmenting or scaling of an image by further improving a system for embedding and detecting the watermark information using phase control and amplitude control of an inputted image signal. <P>SOLUTION: The inputted image signal 101 is inputted in a magnification/reduction unit 11 to generate a scaling image signal, a controlled image signal is generated by controlling at least one of phase and amplitude by the watermark information 102 to the scaling image signal by a phase/amplitude controller 13, the inputted image signal 101 is synthesized with the controlled image signal by a watermark information superposition unit 14 to generate an outputted image signal 103 in which the watermark information is embedded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
