<p>[PROBLEMS] To provide a hologram information recording medium and a hologram information recording/reproducing device capable of accurately reproducing data multiplexed on a recording medium regardless of an affect from the external environment. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Considering expansion/contraction of a recording medium (3), multiplex parameters are modified in one recording region (31) of the recording medium (3) and a plurality of the same information groups are recorded substantially in the same region. That is, in the one recording region (31) of the recording medium (3), data groups A to D are recorded while varying a laser wavelength ?.
