<p>A locking device (10) comprising a locking member (21), a shaft housing (20) and a latch means (40), wherein when the latch means (40) attachable to said locking member (21), is placed in an engaged position, the latch means (40) cooperates with the shaft housing (20) thereby enabling the locking member (21), the shaft housing (20) and the latch means (40) to move, or alternatively to be held, substantially in unison and when the latch means (40) is placed in a disengaged position, the locking member (21) and the latch means (40) are substantially movable together relative to the shaft housing (20).</p> |
