FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: balance locator comprises wheel stop, platform, movable base with horizontal axle, arrester of the wheel stop, flexible link, locking member for the flexible link, and detachable springs or weights. The wheel stop is mounted on the horizontal axle of the base for permitting rotation in the vertical plane. The arrester of the wheel stop is rigidly connected with the base. The flexible link is connected to the base and passes through the thrust made of two spring-loaded members.
