The system has multiple longitudinal bars, arranged parallelly and cross-sectional wire, which is coiled continuously on the multiple longitudinal bars in the form of rings. The bars are rotated to move axially. The mutual welding takes place at the points of crossing of the wire with the bars. The cross-sectional wire is coiled in discontinuous form on the bars, forming longitudinally spaced sections of the wire.
