PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission device and method, and data transmitting/receiving system and method that eliminate data in a memory immediately after reading the data from the memory, and prevent even round robin attack from a malicious person from creating a correct response data within a slight time. SOLUTION: The data transmission device comprises a memory section 10 having a function that does not leave read data in a memory cell, a receiving section 11 for receiving transmitted data, an encrypting section 12 for creating encrypted data from the transmitted data, a data write/read section 13 for performing writing or reading of data to an optional place (address) of the memory section 10, and a controller 14 for controlling the data write/read section 13.
