PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram transfer foil having preferable transfer property onto a transfer object, in which a fine rugged pattern of a hologram function is easily molded, inherent information can be printed and the printed image has excellent light resistance. SOLUTION: The hologram transfer foil has a layer structure of a base material 11/release layer 13/hard coat layer 14 (as required)/hologram layer 15/transparent reflection layer 17/hard coat layer 16 (as required)/UV absorbing layer 18/adhesive layer 19, wherein the release layer 13 contains a melamine-based resin, the hologram layer 15 contains an ionization radiation-curing resin, reactive silicone and polyethylene wax, and the UV absorbing layer 18 and the adhesive layer 19 contain micro silica. In the hologram layer and the hard coat layer, the ratio of the ionization radiation-curing resin to the polyethylene wax is 100:(0.01 to 10); in the UV absorbing layer, the ratio of the ionization radiation-curing resin to the micro silica is (90 to 94):(6 to 10); and in the adhesive layer, the ratio of the polyester resin to the micro silica is (90 to 94):(6 to 10).
