A phone page service system and a method therefor are provided to set each phone page according to each sender and receiver conditions, and to drive a VM(Virtual Machine) on a sending terminal if a voice call is originated to a receiving number by a sender, so as to display a particular phone page set automatically by a receiver on the sender's terminal. An HLR(Home Location Register)(300) confirms whether a phone page service of a sending terminal(100) is receivable, according to a voice call connection request of the sending terminal, and demands the phone page service. A phone page server(500) stores phone page information set according to a sender and conditions for each of phone page service subscriber terminals, and provides a particular phone page set on the sending terminal according to the phone page service request of the HLR.
