An oil gauge for a transformer is provided to monitor an amount and a temperature of insulating oil together without an additional temperature meter by including a temperature sensor, thereby reducing an installation cost. An oil gauge for a transformer includes a suspension contact(20), a fixed contact(30), and a warning signal generation device(40). The suspension contact is received inside the hollow unit and is suspended on insulating oil inputted to a hollow unit(14). The fixed contact is fixedly installed at a lower portion of the hollow unit and is in contact with the suspension contact when the suspension contact is lowered. The warning signal generation device is installed at one side of cases(11,12) and generates a low level warning signal by being conducted when the suspension contact is in contact with the fixed contact.
