PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector that ensures the high connection reliability of a terminal even under an environment in which vibration occurs. SOLUTION: A fitting protrusion 51 and a fitting recess 54, which can be protrusion/recess-fitted mutually in a fitting direction when both connectors 10 and 20 are placed in a regular fitting state, are disposed in a root part of a male terminal 11 on a deep recess surface of a hood 14 and a part on which a terminal loading slot 27 is formed in an inner housing 23, and a protrusion-side taper face 53 and a recess-side taper face 56, which incline to the fitting direction, are formed in a contact portion between the fitting protrusion 51 and the fitting recess 54.
