PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microinspection chip capable of detecting a target substance from a produced liquid obtained by efficiently mixing a plurality of kinds of liquids to make them react, preventing the deterioration of the produced liquid and suitable for miniaturization or cost reduction, and an inspection device. SOLUTION: Since a mixed liquid composed of a plurality of kinds of liquids is allowed to flow into an amplifying part having a large cross section from a mixed liquid flow channel, the reaction of the mixed liquid is amplified by heating the mixed liquid to obtain the produced liquid and the target substance in the produced liquid is detected in the amplifying part, the target substance is detected from the produced liquid obtained by efficiently mixing a plurality of kinds of the liquids to make them react. Further, since the mixed liquid is heated after the leading end of the mixed liquid is sent to a liquid leading end stagnation part having a small cross section, the deterioration of the produced liquid by heating is also reduced and the microinspection chip suitable for miniaturization or cost reduction is provided.
