An air shutter assembly comprises: a frame; a plurality of louvers individually and rotationally installed in the frame; a link member connecting the louvers with each other; and an actuator providing power so as to rotate the louvers. Moreover, an upper hook and a lower hook which are vertically arranged in the frame are provided, and the upper hook and the lower hook are formed to be opened to an opposite direction. A louver link provided to each of the louvers is individually coupled to the upper hook and the lower hook.
